Welcome Wildcats! Grade 10 Boys Volleyball Players:  Try-outs for the Junior Boys Volleyball team will start on Thursday after school.  We will go from 3-4:30 in the South Gym and try-outs will continue into next week.  You can get a good idea of the potential practice times by looking on the Gym door windows.             


Attention Grade 11 & 12 Boys:  There will be Senior Boys Volleyball team try-outs today at 4:30 and tomorrow at 6:00.

Grade 9 Girls Volleyball try-outs will commence on Thursday Sept 11th at 3pm in the North Gym.  Any girls interested in playing please attend.



Girls Field Hockey try-outs will be held Sept 15th and Wed Sept 16th, Thurs 17th at Minoru turf @ 3:30pm.  Please sign the sign-up sheet with Mr. Charlton at the PE office. Soccer try-outs will be at Hugh Boyd turf Monday Sept 14th, Tuesday Sept 15th and Thursday Sept 17th @ 3pm.  Last year’s team members only need to attend on Thursday Sept 17th all players please sign-up on the sheet with Mr. Charlton at the PE office.


Attention Grade 11 or Grade 12 Students who do not have a Study Block form – they are available at the office for pick up.  Signed study block forms should be returned to the office as well.


~Grade 12 students....Are you planning to attend a post-secondary college or university after graduation?  If so, consider applying to Langara as your first choice or your back-up plan.  A representative from Langara will be at McMath to meet with you during lunch on Monday, September 28th to assist with this process.  On October 1st, Langara starts to accept applications for September 2016....and your date of application is important.  See Ms. Bernard to sign-up for this event. 


~Are you interested in studying in the United Kingdom after graduation?  If so, all students and parents are invited to meet 6 UK universities in Vancouver on Monday, September 14th, 5pm, at St. Georges School in Vancouver.  Register for the event by scanning the QR code available from Ms. Bernard in the Career Centre. The event is free.
