Gong Xi Fa Cai  or Gong Hei Fat Choi  everyone.  Happy Chinese New Year!

If you haven’t picked up your interim yet, please come to the office at break, lunch or afterschool to pick it up.

Attention Spring Boys Volleyball players and helpers:  There is a sign-up for interested Grade 8 and 9 Boys interested in trying out for these Wildcat teams.  Try-outs will start in late-February or early-March depending on basketball play-offs.  Also, there is a sign-up to create a pool of potential volunteers for coaching, refereeing, and scorekeeping.

If you are interested in trying out for the McMath Girls Soccer team this year, please email mcmathgirlssoccer@gmail.com.  Provide your name, grade, email address and your parents email address.  Deadline is February 20th and the first try-out is on February 23rd.

Just a quick note to students involved in the Alive/Outdoors Club Hike.  Forms are now available in the office.  As space may be limited, we will again be time stamping the arrival of completed forms.

Hey Wildcats, Thank you to everyone who has already brought toys, for McMath Toy Drive. The last day for toy collection is Feb 11th. Please only new toys and no stuffies. Thanks from the CARE Club.

Have you noticed the tiny plastic spheres in your cosmetic and wondered what they are? Did you know how harmful they could be to the environment? These microspheres called microbeads are found in cosmetics, such as face wash and even toothpaste.  They go down the drain and into the oceans and remain as solids which fish mistake for food and potentially die. Look out for facts around the school about microbeads and don’t forget to come down to the booth in front of the library window, tomorrow at lunch, to learn more about these small pieces of plastic and to enter in a raffle for a chance to win a LUSH Ocean Body Scrub.

Attention all participants in the League of Legends 1 v 1 tournament.  If you do not come on Wednesdays and Fridays we will need to withdraw you from the competition.
