There will be a MANDATORY AP Pre-Registration Meeting today at lunch, in Ms. Chen’s room, B157.  This will be the LAST Pre-registration opportunity for anyone who has NOT done so.

Interested in acting in student directed short plays?  Come sign-up for McMath’s One Act Festival!  Audition sign-ups will be posted outside the theatre after school.

Hey McMath, Earth Day is this Saturday.  Do something good for the earth.  The REaDY Summit 2017 will take place on Earth Day, Saturday, April 22 8:30 - 12:45, at Hugh Boyd Secondary. REaDY Summit is a free youth-led environmental conference open to students of all ages. This year's theme is "Growing Towards Another 150". You will learn about environmental issues from keynote and student speeches and have a choice of workshops to attend. You will have a chance to connect with other environmentally minded students and learn how to take better care of the Earth. Look for the REaDY Summit posters around the school. Hope to see you there.

The Homma Elementary Spring Carnival is happening next month and they are looking for student volunteers to run various elements of the Carnival…Bottle Pull, Silent Auction, Games, Rides, Ticket Sales and much more… If Homma Elementary is your alma mater you should definitely volunteer!  All Students interested in volunteering should please attend a meeting on Tuesday April 25th at lunch in the conference room.

Tonight is the last night of McMath Theatre’s Spring Production, “7 Stories”.  Buy your tickets at lunch on the stairs outside the library or at the door, don’t miss out.

 

There is a mandatory meeting for everyone coming to the 30 Hour Famine Sleepover next week, in Ms. Loren’s room, C203 at lunch today April 21st.

Hey Wildcats! A simple, universal expression of happiness that we show without ever thinking, but did you know that there are children around the globe who are ashamed of their own smile? Many children in the developing world cannot afford the surgeries for their cleft lips.  Operation Smile Club is an organization that helps these children get what they need.  Come to Mrs. Gallant’s room, C218 today, at lunch for McMath’s first Operation Club’s meeting, we will be discussing fundraising ideas.
