All students interested in being part of the Robotics Club please attend a meeting on Thursday in Mr. Byres room, at lunch. All students are welcome regardless of experience with robotics. This club will build competitive robots using VEX.  See you Thursday at lunch.

Did you know about the hurricanes that have devastated the Carribean? Come to the front of the stage at lunch this Thursday to buy some delicious Bubble Tea.  The Multicultural Club will be selling Bubble Tea for $5 each. All proceeds will go to Direct Relief, which will help families in the affected areas.  We hope you to see you there.

Hey Wildcats! The Natural Club would like to remind you that this week is Waste Reduction Week. Today’s theme is textiles, so make sure to recycle your old and unwanted clothing by donating it through our local thrift shops or donations bins.

Attention all members of the Royal Canadian Sea, Army and Air cadets! McMath is looking for cadet volunteers to proudly participate in uniform during the Remembrance Day Assembly on November 10th. Even if you just joined cadets this year, you are highly encouraged to participate! We also need senior cadets to fill the lead roles. We know that there are a lot of cadets at McMath and there is strength in numbers! For more information, muster today at the beginning of lunch in Mrs. Gallant’s room, C218.

Calling all aspiring actors!  Homma Elementary School is looking for volunteers to play wizards, witches, zombies and ghosts for their Halloween Dance, happening on Friday Oct 27th from 6-8:30pm.  We also need hard-working and serious volunteers for set up and tear down; concession stand and family photo booth.  Fill your volunteer hours with this great event.  Please attend a lunch meeting on Monday October 23rd in the conference room.

Grade 10, 11 and 12 students...and parents.... UBC Admissions representatives will be at McMath tomorrow, Wednesday, October 18th.  Attend the session and learn about: ~ Admission requirements ~ program options ~ scholarships ~ dates & deadlines ~ the Personal Profile ~ and more.  The session will be held in our Rotunda, after school, starting at 3:15pm. 

KPU has a day of exploration planned for you at their Richmond Kwantlen 'Open House'.  The event will be held at the Richmond Campus on Lansdowne Road...Friday... October 20th from 12 until 3pm.  All grades are invited to attend.
