Anyone interested in Scorekeeping During Basketball season for volunteer hours, please see Mr. Gomes in the PE office to be added to the list of volunteer scorekeepers.

Hey Wildcats, starting today we will be collecting non-perishable items for McMath’s Annual Food Drive during block 1-1

If every student brings just 2 cans we can reach our goal of 2000 cans! Bonus points are given each day for different items.  

~Today’s bonus point item is Peanut Butter                 

~Thursday it is Pasta and Rice.                                           

 ~Monday Dec 4th is Canned Meat                                     

  ~Wednesday Dec 6th is Granola Bars and                                

 ~Friday the 9th is Tomato Sauce.

Come out to Interact’s Ronald McDonald House fundraiser, a Christmas movie night on Friday Dec 1st!  Buy your ticket at lunch this week for $5 in front of the library window.  A slice of pizza will be included with your admission. Bring your blankets, pillows and friends for this cozy night.

If you like Dungeons and Dragons, if you want to make a monster model marvelous, or if you just want to learn the basic of painting miniatures… come to the library after-school Thursday for a beginner’s workshop to painting minis.  For just 5 bucks you’ll get a miniature to keep, learn the skills to make it beautiful and take your game to the next level.

They have an introduction!  The Japanese Conversation Club will meet in Ms. Ho’s room, C132 today at 1pm; please eat beforehand as no food is allowed in the room. Learn to introduce yourself in Japanese and choose your level of politeness; humble maid or cool gangster? You don’t want to miss it.

A representative from the University of New Brunswick will be here, TODAY, during lunch.  Drop by the information table near the main office.  In addition to a variety of programs in Nursing, Business, Engineering, Kinesiology, Forestry, and more...  UNB is also home to the unique Faculty of Leadership Studies at Renaissance College.

Grade 11 and 12 students... A representative from the University of Toronto will be here to answer your program and application questions on Wednesday, November 29th.  An information session will be held in room A105.  Sign up with Ms. Bernard in the Career Centre.  Note that this is a Collaboration Day, therefore, the session will start just after 1pm. 

This is a reminder that....If you are 16 to 18 years of age, and interested in Police Work as a possible future Career, consider attending the 2018 Lower Mainland RCMP Youth Academy.  The Academy runs from March 28th to April 5th, and the cost is $800.  The application form is now available from Ms. S. Chen in room B157 or Ms. Bernard in the Career Centre. The application deadline is on November 30th.
