Any Girls in Grades 8-12 interested in playing Rugby, there will be an informational meeting in Mr. Frechette’s room, B210 today after-school around 2:50-3:30pm.

Hey Wildcats! The Natural Club will be doing their weekly recycling today, after-school! Come out to the back of upper C-wing, in front of Ms. Phillpotts’ room to participate.  New recyclers are always welcome.

Attention Wildcats!  Spring is almost upon us and it's time for Ultimate season!  If anyone is interested in playing for the McMath Ultimate Team, please sign up in front of Mr. Yeung's room C221.  Try-Outs will be on Tuesday, January 30th & Thursday, February 1st.  Players of all skill level are welcome, and those who are currently in a season, there will be a tryout for you at a later date.

Hey Ski Club participants! Did you forget your goggles last night? Perhaps, you forgot a ski mask? Check with the office staff to retrieve your gear before next Wednesday.

Pizza! Pizza! Pizza! Hot, fresh, delicious pizza for sale today at lunch. At $2 a slice we sell out quickly.

Do you have any dusty old books lying around? If so, the McMath Interact Club will be collecting gently-used children’s books in front of the office until January 23rd mornings and lunchtimes.  Come out and donate today.

Attention Wildcat Scientists! Are you ready for a shock? Then come out today at lunch to Mr. Thiessen’s room, B219, to discover the magic of static electricity and the Van der Graaff Generator.

Do you like to meet new people? Would you or your family like to travel to France one day? Are you available to accommodate a student for the week of April 29th – May 6th?  If yes, then sign-up to Host a Student from France.  McMath will be hosting students from École St Charles who are here to improve their English speaking skills, as well as have an authentic Canadian experience.  If you are interested, please see Mme. The Japanese Conversation Club meets every first Day 1 of the week in Ms. Ho’s room, C132 at 1pm. Please eat your lunch beforehand as food is not permitted in the room. Next week we will continue to learn the parts of the body.  It is a really useful skill if you get injured in Japan and seek medical care.
