Wildcats! McMath is fundraising for the Nature Conservancy of Canada? This organization helps preserve land for wildlife. There are lots of ways you can help. First You can donate money on Day 2s to Ms. Ritchie in B218. Second Attend a meeting at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, Nov. 20th in Ms. Ritchie's room, B218 and learn how to make a reusable shopping bag from a t-shirt.There is no sewing. Just bring clean t-shirts to donate. Third Buy a reusable shopping bag made from the City of Richmond Banners by Ms. Kato's textile students. See Ms. Ritchie to purchase one for $5. Fourth Spread the word. The Nature Conservancy of Canada is a great non-profit organization to support.

Interested in furthering your post-secondary studies at university in French? Come today at lunch to Room A105 and see what The University of Alberta Faculty of St. Jean has to offer. Bring your lunch and meet with a representative from the French Faculty of St. Jean to find out about all the exciting opportunities there. They can answer any questions you may have about your further post-secondary studies in French.

Our one month Writing Club started with a bang.  Already, we have over 5,000 words written in the month of November.  Come by Room C105 after school today for cookies and tea and quiet writing time.
