Thank you to all those who participated in the Nature Conservancy of Canada fundraiser. We sold reusable shopping bags made from the City of Richmond banners. All the bags have gone! Thank you to Ms. Kato’s textile students who made the bags. We made $200 that will go to help buy land for wildlife habitat in Canada.
Hey Wildcats! There are 1400 people in this school. If each of us brings $1, we can raise $1400 for wildlife in Australia affected by the wildfires. Tomorrow, Wednesday, January, 22nd, the fundraiser will start. In 2-1 there will be a collection of change, bills and cheques (made out to McMath). This will happen every Day 2 for 3 weeks. Please donate what you can. A loonie each would be great. The fundraiser will run from January 22nd to February 12th. Money can also be dropped off in B218 to Ms. Ritchie or Mrs. Bennett.Thank you for helping the injured, rescued and hungry wildlife in Australia.
