Interested in learning about a trade while in high school? You and your family are invited toattend a virtual information session for the Kwantlen Welding program on Wednesday, March 30th from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. You will be able to meet the instructor, learn about the program, and ask questions. See Ms. Carter in the Career Centre or check on the Career website for the meeting link.

The Reading Riot ends on Monday, April 4th, that’s one week away! There’s still time to finish a book or read one more from our participating titles. Happy Reading Wildcats!

Attention Studio Ghibli fans! McMath will be continuing with its celebration of classic Japanese anime films with the viewing of Ponyo in PLT 1 this week and next. We will watch this classic film over 3 days with discussion afterwards. Come by Room C212 in PLT 1 and bring a friend! 

We will be collecting new and used sports equipment for R.E.C. for Kids Society. You can bring equipment such as soccer balls, hockey skates and sticks, helmets, and basketballs. Donations can be dropped off in the bins at the front of the school starting March 29th till April 18th. Any donations are greatly appreciated!

TRACK IS BACK Wildcats! We are calling all runners, jumpers, and throwers to come out and join the McMath track and field team this season. Whether you are totally new to the sport or are a seasoned athlete, there will be an event for you. There is an important information meeting tomorrow after school at 3:00 pm in the gym to learn about what this season will look like and how to register. Test your knowledge of track and field at this meeting and win! There will be lots of prizes to give away! Sign up at the PE office.

Hey Downtown Eastside Members! A reminder that our first general meeting is tomorrow in Mr. Lalonde’s room. 

The Rabbitats Club is holding its first bubble tea fundraiser of the year! We will be selling original, taro, mango, roasted milk tea, and passion fruit green tea. Each cup will be sold for $6 and all proceeds will go towards the Rabbitats Rescue Society, a local rabbit shelter that promotes humane and sustainable animal care while counteracting Richmond's rabbit overpopulation problem. We will be taking pre-orders from today until Friday at lunch in front of the library, and distributing the bubble tea on Tuesday, April 5th at lunch in the rotunda! Be sure to come out and support this amazing cause!
