We will be having Grade (students only)Assemblies during PLT on Weds June 22^nd in the North Gym.  During these student assemblies we will be distributing our Principal Honour, Honour Roll Certificates and Subject Awards.

PLT 1 (8:30-9:20 am) Grade 8 & 9 Students

PLT 2 (9:25 -10:15 am Grade 10, 11 & 12 Students

All recipients will be notified by email, the certificates will be available for pick up during the assemblies on Weds, June 22nd.

MCMATH PRINCIPAL’S HONOUR ROLL AND HONOUR ROLL CRITERIA 2022 

Principal’s Honour Roll 

1. Calculated based on marks from S1 Final & S2 Midterm Marks 
2. Average between 85.5% - 100% for Gr. 10, 11 and 12 
3. GPA of 3.6 – 4.0 for Gr. 8 and 9 (A=4, B=3, C+=2.5) 
4. Marks must be C+ and above (67% +) in all courses taken at time of calculation. 
5. Eligible courses must have been taken in our District at McMath or RVS 
6. Each grade has a minimum number of courses that the student must be taking (see below). 

Honour Roll 

1. Calculated based on marks S1 Final & S2 Midterm Marks 
2. Average between 80% - 85.4%  for Gr. 10, 11 and 12 
3. GPA of 3.3-3.59 for Gr. 8 and 9 (A=4, B=3, C+=2.5) 
4. Marks must be C+ and above (67% +) in all courses taken at time of calculation. 
5. Eligible courses must have been taken in our District at McMath or RVS 
6. Each grade has a minimum number of courses that the student must be taking (see below). 

Minimum number of courses to qualify for awards   

Grade 12 – minimum 6 courses (best 6 used) 

Grade 11 – minimum 7 courses (best 7 used) 

Grade 10 – minimum 8 courses  

Grade 8 & 9 – minimum 8 courses
