This is a reminder to all Grade 10 and 12 students that your GLA exam starts next week. Please check the office windows or the McMath website for your writing time and location.

Wildcats! Have you lost your water bottle, shoes, or lunch? Make sure to check the lost and found outside of the office by the microwaves. Unclaimed lunch containers with food inside will be thrown out at the end of each week.

This a reminder to all Grade 9 students that the permission form for Take Our Kids To Work Day is due to the office today.  A permission form was emailed to all Grade 9 parents last week, and only Grade 9 students with a completed form, can participate in the event next week on Wednesday, November 2^nd.

Boys Basketball Open Gym for Grade 8s to 10s is today from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Forget sharks… it turns out Wildcats are the fastest in the water!

Congrats to the McMath swim team on an amazing zone meet. Of the 41 swimmers, a record 22 Wildcats qualified for Provincials. Top performers included Elim Y., Ethan C., Nathan Z., Josh W. and Emi N.. Team efforts in the relays added to the success! Stay tuned for the final point counts to find out how many South Fraser Banners will be coming home to McMath!

Mr. Garner is participating in Movember, an event to raise funds and awareness for cancer and mental health! Come choose what moustache he has to rock for November. There are 3 options displayed on the Theatre Room Wall. Come and donate a $1.00 or more and vote for your choice of moustache. At the end of October, the moustache with the most votes wins! Mr. Garner will then donate all the donations to BC Cancer Foundation from McMath. The goal is to raise $500! Let’s bring awareness with Wildcat Pride!

There’s been a change of plans for Halloweek! Friday will no longer be Red Light Green Light, but will be a school wide Halloween Kahoot! Make sure to bring all your friends as there will be prizes!

Halloween is right around the corner and we’re looking for fun and creative costumes for our annual costume contest! The costume contest will take place at lunch on Monday, October 31^ston the main stage in the Rotunda. The sign-up sheet is linked to our Instagram bio @mcmathstuco. There will be prizes for the best costumes!
