Midterm Report Cards:

Your teen's Semester 2 Midterm Report Card has been PUBLISHED to the Parent Portal.  We encourage parents to sit down with their teen to read and discuss the progress report. To access the Parent Portal, please go to: https://www.myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do.  See attachment to access the step-by-step instructions for logging into the My Education BC site. Please do NOT use a mobile device/phone. Only use a desktop or laptop to access the Parent Portal. If you are having difficulties with logging in, please send us an e-mail to: mcmath@sd38.bc.ca.

To view the document, click the "Pages" top tab and in the bottom righthand side you can find the PDF report card under "Published Reports". It is recommended that you save the document as the report card is only posted on the Parent Portal for a limited time (3-weeks).

Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parents/Guardians with concerns are invited to make appointments to meet with their teen's teachers during Parent/Teacher Conferences on May 3^rd from 2-4 pm and May 4th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm there will be an early dismissal time of 12:55pm on these days. 

To book a Parent Teacher Conference, go to https://mcmath.schoolappointments.com/. Here you will be able to login to your previous account (from Nov 2022 conferences) or create an account and schedule conference appointments for you to meet with your teen's teachers. 

You will only be able to login or create an account after 6 pm on Friday, April 28th. 

All appointments will be held in person at McMath.  The appointments will be 8 minutes in length with a 4 minute break in between.

Appointment scheduling will start at 6:00 pm Friday, April 28, 2023 and end at 11:55 pm Tuesday, May 2, 2023. You will find the system very easy to use and it will take only a few minutes to setup your account and your appointments.

Please note, you will need the names of your teen's teachers in order to book appointments.  

Time slots for teachers are limited. If you are unable to book a time slot, we encourage you to reach out to the teacher directly to arrange an alternate meeting time or phone call.  All teacher emails are available on our school website, http://mcmath.sd38.bc.ca/our-staff (click on individual teacher name)

ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE HELD AT MCMATH, EITHER IN THE ROTUNDA OR A CLASSROOM.

Please find, a school map, instructions on booking, alternate bell schedule for the week and a list of teacher locations for conferences attached.

To give teachers time to prepare for the meetings, the booking cut off time will be at 11:55 pm May 2, 2023.
