Attention students who were given a Student Voice Forum invitation for the meeting on May 2, please submit your permission form by the end of school today.  For those attending, we will have a brief meeting this Thursday, April 27th at 9:10 a.m., the end of PLT in the office conference room.

This is a reminder that all required student fees must be paid by the end of the school year. Students who have purchased a yearbook must have all fees paid to receive it.  A list of students with outstanding fees has been posted on the office window.

The Grade 10 Graduation Numeracy Assessment is happening again on Wednesday this week!  This is a mandatory exam for all Grade 10 students.  Please check your email for your writing time and location.  If you did not receive an email, your exam writing time and location are also posted on the office windows.  Good luck to all students writing the exam. 

Reminder to Grade 8-10 Junior Rugby players that we have a practice today and Thursday this week at 3:15p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  On Friday is our Game at McMath vs SDSS.  Kick off at 4:00 p.m.!!

Attention to all cast members of Law & Order Fairy Tale Unit. If you have costume pieces or props that you need to pick up, please come to the drama room on Thursday April 27^th during PLT. All items will be available to be picked up and we will discuss plans for next week! If you do not pick things up by Monday May 1^st, the items will be put into the drama room for costumes or donated to good will. So, please make sure to come pick them up at PLT on Thursday or schedule another time with Mr. Garner or Ms. Schiefer. Thank you!

Are you interested in organizing and planning school wide events?  The Student Council Executive Team applications are open until May 4^th.  Forms can be picked up at the office or found on our Instagram bio @McMathStuCo.  Completed forms can be returned to Ms. Li-Hindson in Room B158.

Hey, McMath Chess Players, there is a fun tournament coming up made by the British Columbia Junior Chess Association. If you would like to sign up, go see the form posted on the door outside room B219. All levels of skill welcome!

Attention grads!  Your valedictory is coming up in June, and an email was sent out on the weekend regarding valedictory tickets.  Please complete the survey in the email before noon on Wednesday, June 26th, to guarantee your tickets.  Late submissions will not be guaranteed any seats for the event.  Please see Mr. Ngo if you have any questions.
