Parents/Caregivers of grade 10 & 11 students – WE NEED YOU!

We are less than two months away from Dry Grad 2023. Our inclusive grad celebration runs from 11:30 pm on June 27 to 5:30 am on June 28.

It’s especially important that parents/caregivers of students in grades 10 and 11 play a role in this year’s planning and organizing. Why? Because next year this event fall on you to plan and organize. Helping at this year’s event will provide you with a crash course in what this event looks like and how to begin planning it for June 2024.

We are in need of the most helping hands in the following positions:

• 3 food attendants needed (3-5:30am on Wed. June 28)
• 26 decorators needed (Two shifts on Mon. June 26, 12 noon-4pm & 5-10 pm)
• 5 women’s change room attendants (Tues, June 27 from 11 pm-12:30 am)
• 4 men’s change room attendants (Tues, June 27 from 11 pm-12:30 am)
