Grads of 2023 (students only) - Valedictory Rehearsal at 1:40pm SHARP Friday, June 9th.

 

   This is a MANDATORY REHEARSAL for all grads attending the Valedictory Ceremony.

-   LOCATION: Large Gym

-   TIME: 1:40pm SHARP We need to start on time!

-   Please find our name on the seating plan on the rolling board outside the office.  Find your Row AND Seat Number and memorize it!! (It’s the same seat# at the Chan Center).

-   Know who sits on either side of you. Look for these people when you arrive.

-   At Rehearsal YELLOW ROWS look for the yellow card with your name & seat #. The cards will be on chairs. Your leaders will have YELLOW ROW SIGNS.

 - 

At Rehearsal BLUE ROWS look for the blue card with your name & seat #. The cards will be on chairs. Your leader will have BLUE ROW SIGNS.

 

-   Students names in RED are ROW LEADERS for entering the theatre (processional).

-   AFTER REHEARSAL you will receive your Grad Packages (with tickets) and your cap/gown.
