If you have contributed valuable service to our school outside of your regular classes or clubs, we want to recognize your efforts.  Please come to the office to fill out a Service Award form.  The deadline is this Friday, June 9^th.  We look forward to celebrating this achievement with you!

A reminder to students applying for the Costa Rica trip next year. Application forms and teacher recommendation letters must be submitted to the office no later than the end of school today.

Congratulations to two of our teams that represented McMath at the Provincials.

 The Senior Boys Rugby Team competed in the AA Tier 1 League, playing against some of the best teams in the province.  After their first loss, the boys beat Brentwood College on Friday.  On Saturday, the boys played Saint Michaels’ from the island.  They lost and placed 6^th in the province.  We are proud of you! 

Welcome back and congratulations to the Girls Soccer team! As the youngest team at the Provincial Championship, and in the in the scorching heat of Kelowna, the girls battled hard to be one of the tops teams in the province. Unfortunately, results were not as good as were hoped for, but the team competed with integrity and should be proud of themselves. We would like to wish our graduating players, Abby Y, Maya Z, and Tasha B, all the best as they move on to new beginnings!

 Congratulations to Leticia C and Travis L who competed in the Game of Apps Provincials this weekend!  Their team placed first as Best Overall App for development and design.  Well done!

There is an open gym for grade 8 girls’ volleyball after school tomorrow.  All skill levels are welcome!  Hope to see you there!

The Interact Gala is on June 16th from 6 to 9 pm in the north gym. Purchase your ticket on the main staircase at lunch for $15 until June 9th!
