Hello, parents and guardians of Grade 12 students,

The valedictory ceremony is almost here, and we have some important to share with you. We would like to inform you of an important correction that was misprinted on the ticket. The ticket indicates a start time of 7pm. This is not correct as the ceremony starts at 6:30 pm. We apologize for any confusion caused by the misprint on the tickets. Please take note of the corrected information provided below:

Date: Wednesday, June 14

Ceremony Start Time: 6:30 pm

Lobby Doors Open: 5:30 pm

Auditorium Doors Open: 6:00 pm

Parents, we invite you to arrive at the Chan Center prior to the auditorium doors opening at 6pm. This will allow you to find a comfortable spot and make any necessary preparations for this special occasion.  

Regarding parking, we recommend utilizing the Rose Garden Parkade as the closest option to the venue. Its convenient location will help ensure a smoother experience for everyone attending the valedictory ceremony.
