Wildcats, just a quick reminder that we have PLT, tomorrow Tuesday from 8:30-9:25 am.  Block A starts at 9:30 am.  Check out the website for PLT spaces available or speak to your teacher.

Grade 8s, and leadership students who are going to Wildplay this Wednesday, September 20th – please make sure your parents have submitted the waiver form that was sent out by email last week.

The Student Council Paw Draw has come to an end. Congratulations to the following winners: Jack S, Steven Y, Tai H, Hayley W, Elina J, and Ms. Li-Hindson! Please come down to the resource room, B158, by the end of this week to pick up your prizes! 

Do you eat breakfast?  Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  Breakfast skippers are more likely to gain weight and to catch a cold or a flu.  Eating a balanced breakfast helps to boost your metabolism and increases your focus.  McMath Care Club makes breakfast in Ms. Kato’s Foods room, C127, every Thursday during the PLT.  If you haven’t had breakfast, come and grab some.  You are welcome to have breakfast in the Foods room as well.  Come meet new friends and make new connections!

All creative and driven Grade 8’s!  If you want to get involved and help organize events and inspire change at our school, join Student Council.  Applications are now in the office or in our Instagram bio.  Submit them to Ms. Li-Hindson by Thursday, September 21st, room B158.

Attention Grade 12 students who are heading to Costa Rica in the Spring!  Meeting tomorrow Tuesday September 19th during PLT. Please arrive on time at 9:00 am in room B130. We will discuss fundraising and other important information to get us started. 

Congratulations to the Senior Boys Volleyball Team who placed 3rd out of 28 teams in the Douglas College Royal Rumble Tournament. Come out and cheer them on at their first home game, this Wednesday, at 7:30pm, against MacNeill! 

Anyone interested in scorekeeping Volleyball this season, please come out to training during PLT this Tuesday and Thursday in room C132 to learn how. Games get started this week with our senior boys hosting this Wednesday night!
