Volleyball and Cross Country are getting started this week!

 Grade 9 girls’ volleyball tryouts this week from 3:00 to 4:15 pm in the South Gym. See you there!

Sr. Girls Volleyball: Try-outs Sept 6th and 7th 4:30-6:00pm

Jr. Girls Volleyball Try-outs: Sept 7th and 8th 4:30-6:00pm(South)

Grade 8 girls and Junior boys please listen to announcements for Try-outs times next week.

Attention volleyballers. For those interested in refereeing volleyball this Fall season, training starts next week during PLTs in Mr. Shen’s room, B206. No prior experience is needed.

Cross Country- Practices start tomorrow. Please come and sign up at the PE office, all are welcome.

Calling all runners! McMath Cross country gets underway this week. The team is open to all levels and grades and there are no try-outs. Please sign-up outside the gym office. The first practice is this Thursday at 3:30 pm. We will be meeting at Imperial Landing across from Steveston Starbucks. Please email Coach Rachel at rmaika@sd38.bc.ca if you have any questions.

Ready to dive back into the fun?  Why not dive into an actual POOL? All competitive swimmers, occasional beach goers and anyone who has taken a bath…!  There will be a Swim Team meeting on Friday at LUNCH in the North gym.  All grades.  All abilities. Come on out. See Mme Nishi for more info.

Introducing StuCo's first event of the year! The annual paw draw! Our hardworking StuCo execs have placed paws with YOUR names all around the school. From September 6th to 15th, find your own paw and submit it in the box at the office for a chance to win some McMath Merch! All paws submitted will be entered into a draw on September 18th.
