Photo Retake Day is on Wednesday, Oct 18th in the morning only! Retakes are only for those students who missed the original photo day OR those who would like to purchase a photo package but who would like a different photo. Please note, you must hand in your original Student ID Card to the Artona staff before taking a re-take photo. 

Reminder Grade 9’s!  Your immunization envelopes are due at the office.  If you have not completed and returned your forms, please do so as soon as possible!

Info about registering for AP exams is now on the McMath website. The deadline to submit order forms and payment for AP exams is November 3rd at 3:00 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Banta.

If there are any Westwind grads who would like to give back to their elementary school community, they are looking for volunteers to help ref and keep score during the grade 6/7 volleyball home games in November. Games will be either be on Tuesday or Thursday after school. If you are interested, please see Mr. Hass in A105.

Wildcats! Clubs Days continues today! Come to the Rotunda today and at lunch to see all the great clubs and to get involved!

Halloween is right around the corner and Student Council is hosting a Grade 8 Halloween Dance on Monday, October 30th.  The theme is NEON NIGHT!  Tickets are $7.00 per ticket which includes entry to the dance, pizza and a drink.  Tickets will be on sale in front of the office from October 16th to 24th.  Hope to see you there!

Grade 11/12 students are you interested in UVic as your post-secondary education? Are you curious in finding out what UVic has to offer? Today is your opportunity to find out! Come and meet a representative from UVic in room A105 by the cafeteria at lunchtime to gather information and ask questions to find out if UVic is a good fit for you! 

Grads, you can now book your Grad Photo times online at artona.com. Artona’s mobile photo lab will be at McMath from Feb 8th – 17th.

Attention Wildcats!  Have you lost your water bottle, shoes, lunch?  Make sure to check the lost and found outside the office by the microwaves.  Unclaimed lunch containers with food inside will be thrown out at the end of the week.
