Attention all Students!  Block Rotation starts today! After PLT is block B-A-D-C.

Student Council’s food drive is this week!  During your Block A classes bring any non-perishable food or monetary donations to support your food bank!  Listen to announcements for information about bonus point days.  Today is Tuna Tuesday!  Bring in any canned meat to earn bonus points. 

Attention Student Voice Leaders: Our next meeting is this week on Thursday, November 16 at lunch in B157, Ms. Chen’s Room.  If you can NOT make it, please let Mr. Johnstone aware.  At this meeting, we will pick our theme and the date.  See you then, thanks!

Grade 11 and Grade 12 students are you interested in SFU as your choice of post-secondary education? Yes, no! Not sure! Come along to room A105 next to the cafeteria at 1:05 pm today and meet with a representative from SFU and find out if SFU is a great fit for you.

Hey Wildcats, reminder that McMath Hopeful Futures is collecting items for a care package drive with student council’s food drive.  Please remember to bring your items to your Block A class for collection.  All items donated will be used in care packages and given to newcomer woman and their children through the Pacific Immigrant Resources Society.  Follow @mcmathhopefulfutures for more updates and details.

A belated congratulations to our Sr Boys Volleyball team, they are once again the Richmond City Champions! South Frasers are happening this week, and the boys getting set to qualify for Provincials! Go Wildcats. 

Grade 8 Boys Basketball Try-outs this week Tuesday, November 14th at 6:00-7:30 pm, and Friday, November 17th at 3:00-4:30 pm.
                                                          
Grade 9 Boys Basketball Try-outs this week at 4:30-6:00 pm Wednesday, November 15 and Thursday, November 16th.

Attention students interested in Ski Club!  There will be an informational meeting this Wednesday, November 15th in the large gym, at lunch, to learn more about our ski and snowboard days at Cypress Mountain in January.  Come by and get your permission forms. Bring your questions and ski club BFFs.

Do you have questions about educational programs or opportunities available to you while in high school that might help you to prepare for your future career?  If so, come join the Career Programs informal Q&A series after school on Thursday, November 16th between 3:00 and 4:00 pm on Zoom.  More information can be found on the Career Programs slat board found in your counsellors' office.
