Hello Parents/Caregivers of a Grade 12 Student,

To make Dry After Grad (DAG) successful, inclusive, and fun event for our 2024 grads. DAG is planned by the current grade 12 parents/caregivers, and we are continuing to ask parents/caregivers to contribute what time they have to help plan the event for June 26th/27th, which is then run by grade 8-11 parent volunteers.

Thank you to those parents that have come forward to chair or help out with one of the various committees.

Ways You Can Help:

 - Get Involved. Attend our next meeting Monday April 15 from 6-7 pm in the McMath staff room. All grade 12 parents are welcome even if this is your first meeting.

 - Help Out on a Committee. Most Committee Chairs have been established but we need many parents to help out on the committees.

 - Take Home Projects. Decorating projects that can be done on your own time at home.

 - Restaurant, Food or Beverage Donations/Connections. Make a connection for any restaurant, food, or beverage donations.

 - Contractor Discount or Building Supplies. Assist with building materials for decorations.

 - Donations. Connect with local businesses, community groups and individuals to gather donations to offset the costs.

Tight on Time? Consider making a cash donation or share a contact in your network that may be interested in making a donation. The cost of hosting DAG has increased. Any donation amount will help.

Next Meeting: Please join us on Monday, April 15th from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the McMath staff room. All grade 12 parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
