Attention all Students!!!  A reminder that Monday, April 22nd is the start of the new block rotation.  So, as of Monday rotation will be Block F E H G.

Attention students in Grades 8-11, please check your course requests for the 2024-2025 school year. Once you have checked your requested courses, all students are asked to complete the survey that was sent out via e-mail on April 15. The due date to make any changes to your requested classes for next year is 3:00 pm today, Thursday, April 18th. If everything looks good, please indicate that on the form.

A reminder to McMath Grads of 2024 the deadline to submit applications to the McMath scholarship program is Friday, April 19th at 4:00 pm.  Paper copies of Leadership Hours are being collected in the office now. 

Congratulations to the four winners of the "Concours D’art Oratoire”, Canada’s largest annual French public-speaking competition that happened yesterday at McRoberts. Our winners are, in Grade 8 Olivia Zhang, in Grade 9 students Eloise Millot and Alicia Wei, and in Grade 10 Summer Young. The winners have qualified for provincials that will occur at SFU next month. Félicitations Wildcats ! 

The library is excited to announce the winners of this year’s Reading Riot! In third place, earning a 4-star rating, is "The Infinity Particle." In second place, with an impressive 4.4-star rating is "Five Survive." And securing an outstanding 4.6-star rating, “The Princess and the Grilled Cheese Sandwich” stands as the champion of the Reading Riot, taking the top spot among an exceptional lineup of books.

We would like to give a big congratulations to our grand prize winners, Emily Yuen and Mackenzie Crown. These avid readers accomplished the challenging task of reading all twelve titles in the Reading Riot, and we’re thrilled to award them their well-deserved prizes. Emily and Mackenzie, please head to the library to claim your rewards. A huge thank you to everyone who participated in making this event such a great success! 

Stuco’s annual McMath’s Got Talent is happening today at lunch in the north gym.  Come to cheer on your fellow Wildcats and enjoy the wonderful talents. Friendly reminder that this event is for McMath students only.  Hope to see you there!

Congratulations to our Girls Rugby players with McRoberts in their big win against Maple Ridge.  All three of our players were a big part of the win.  Congrats to Jordi, Mirai, and Kayleigh.

On Wednesday, the Junior Boys Rugby team beat Salish Secondary 62-10.  The team played very well.  Congrats to Brandon who was the Jackal of the game with three steals!  Great tries scored by Max, Aiden, Kam, and Jake.  Reminder to the team, practice today at 3:15 pm on the field.
