MyEdBC Parent Portal Instructions
The Richmond School District has a new way to access you child's school information directly online. MyEdcatuion BC (MyEdBC) Parent Portal which allows parents and/or guardians to access attendance, term grades and other information about their child(ren). Report Cards will no longer be handed out, they can only be accessed by the Parent Portal. Please review the detailed instructions are below, to help trouble shoot problems.
With your login ID and password, you can access the Parent Portal at: https://www.myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do (link is external)
Please enter your password and login directly, do not copy and paste
Do not use a mobile device for the first login.
After creating your new password - Make sure you fill out the Security Preferences (this enables you to retrieve your password if forgotten). Passwords will need to be updated every three months.
Accounts have been created using email addresses previously provided to the office. If you did not provide your email address or need to update your address, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (link sends e-mail). In the subject line please put Parent Portal, and in the message, include the following: Student’s Full Name, Pupil #, Parent/Guardian Name and email address.
