Hey Wildcats!  Get excited because next week, from the 21st to 24th of May, is the Pep Rally Spirit week! The spirit days are as follows:  McMath wear Tuesday, White Lie Wednesday, Throwback Thursday and Colour Wars Friday, along with the Pep Rally.  See you there!

McMath Spring Showcase will be on Thursday evening, May 16th starting at 6:30 pm.  Admission is free!  It is a celebration of Fashion, Fine Arts, Music, and Applied Skills.  Many student achievements will be on display.  There will be a bake sale, craft sale, coffee and tea sale, and much more!  Please come and celebrate this amazing event!  Check out the McMath website for more information.

Attention Grade 11 students interested in Humanitarian work! It is about that time that we begin taking applications for the Spring 2025 Costa Rica Trip. If you are interested in fundraising, learning about new cultures, practicing your Spanish, doing rewarding work in another country, then you should attend an information session tomorrow during PLT in Room 12137 (previously B130) (Ms. Schiefer’s room). This is a mandatory first meeting to get information and the necessary applications. If you cannot attend, please inform Ms. Schiefer or Mr. Jackson so that you can make other arrangements. Current Grade 10 students are welcome to attend as well, however, more often it is Grade 12 students who are chosen for the trip. 

Looking for a fun and meaningful summer volunteering experience to put on your resume or scholarship applications? Earn over 40 service hours and a certificate of recognition at Richmond School District Summer Learning 2024 Leadership Course! Orientation Day starts on July 3rd and Celebration of Learning on July 25. If you are taking a summer course, you can still volunteer. Student Leaders will be volunteering at summer learning sites such as Boyd, Burnett, MacNeill, Richmond Secondary, Homma, and Cook Elementary. Attention Junior Boys Rugby Players.  We have our second last practice today and our first playoff game tomorrow at 4:00 pm Kickoff.  Players, be ready to warm up by 3:15 pm.

A MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to both our Senior Dance Team and Trio Team who placed 1st and 2nd respectively in the Intensity Dance Competition that was held on Friday at Churchill. The teams had an incredibly season capped off by two brilliant performances! Congratulation dance teams!
