Student Notices Feb 26th, 2025
Today is Pink Shirt Day! The original event was organized in 2007 by two grade 12 students named David Shepherd and Travis Price of Berwick, Nova Scotia, who bought and distributed 50 pink shirts after a ninth-grade student Chuck McNeill was bullied for wearing a pink polo shirt on the first day of school. We wear pink today to stand up against bullying and to remember to always Be Kind!
It is Fruit and Veggie Day tomorrow. Cucumbers, will be ready for pick up tomorrow during the announcements.

Did you know that turning down the heat by 1 degree can decrease energy usage by 5-10%? Natural Club recommends wearing warm clothes instead of turning up the thermostat at home when you feel cold. If staff and students are comfortable, we suggest turning down the thermostat in your classroom – even by just 1 degree. Thanks for helping to save the environment Wildcats.
