Please join us Tuesday May 27, 2025, 7pm via Zoom for McMath's AGM and election of PAC Executives. Agenda for the evening will open with Executive voting, general PAC business and close with announcement of new PAC Executives for July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026.

Meeting will be held via Zoom with voting by show of hands per Sec. 7-3 (Voting shall be done by a show of hands or, at the discretion of the Chairperson, by secret ballot).

We ask parents/guardians to consider running for open PAC positions. Per PAC Mission, the PAC advocates for parents, bridge between school Administration and families.

PAC Constitution - Mission

The PAC is committed to the quality of education and well-being of the students at McMath. The PAC will work cooperatively with the staff, administration, students and parents/guardians to strengthen the involvement of families and the community in the education of the students of McMath.

Another important PAC role, each year PAC applies and manages the BC Gaming Grant which sponsors student clubs. In order to qualify for BC Gaming Grant, we need at least 3 to fill key positions (Chair, Treasurer, Secretary) in order to apply and allocate both the gaming grant and general funds.
