Dear Parent/Guardians,

Parents/Guardians with concerns are invited to make appointments to meet with their teen’s teachers during Parent Teacher Conferences on April 29^th from 2-4 pm and April 30^th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm.

All appointments will be held in person at McMath. The appointments will be 8 minutes in length with a 4-minute break in between. Please note, you will need the names of your teen's teachers to book appointments.

Time slots available per teacher are limited. If you are unable to book a time slot, we encourage you to reach out to the teacher directly. Teacher e-mail addresses may be found on our school website. https://mcmath.sd38.bc.ca/our-staff. To book an appointment with a counsellor or administrator, kindly email them directly.

We will have an alternate bell schedule onApril 29^th and 30^th, with an early dismissal of 12:55 pm.
