Wildcat Students and Parents!

McMath staff look forward to seeing you on Thursday, September 24,2026 at 5pm for our annual Meet the Teacher event. We welcome parents to follow their student’s schedule for semester one and two classes where there will be a chance to meet the classroom teachers, preview the course outlines, and hear important highlights. This is a chance to learn about the courses your student is taking. Meet the Teacher focuses on the course content rather than the student’s individual achievement to date.

Please speak with your teen to complete the student schedule details on the enclosed timetable. Note: check the room assignment list that has been attached to this email so that you accurately locate the teacher on Meet the Teacher evening. Teachers may be hosting their Meet the Teacher classes in an alternate space than is typical for the student as we have teachers who share classrooms.

We are also holding an optional Grade 8 Parent Informaiton Session. This begins at 6:45pm and is an opportunity for us to share some secondary school tips for the grade 8 students and families.
