Please note the following information regarding language challenge applications.

• Students are asked to type in their applications online before printing and submitting to their counsellors.
• Counsellors cannot photocopy the application and pass it out to students.
• Counsellors must endorse each student’s photo with your signature written directly on the photo.
• Student to attach a credit card receipt or cheque payable to Delta School District (to be refunded on exam day). 
• On the back of the cheque, the student shall clearly print student’s full name, school and the course being challenged.

• Students must have their completed applications with photo and payment to the Counsellors by October 22, 2026.
