Dear Parents/Guardians & Caregivers,

I am writing to inform you that McMath Secondary will be hosting two special guests on Thursday, September 12.  Due to this visit, there will be increased activity around the school, including a visible RCMP presence on and around the property throughout the day.

Please know that this event has been carefully planned, and all necessary measures are in place to ensure the day proceeds smoothly.  Our main gym capacity is 760 persons.  Unfortunately, about a quarter of the school will not be able to participate in the assembly with the special guests.  Classes will be randomly picked to attend this event.

If you have not yet completed your child's media release form (SA-53), we kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible, as there may be media present during the event.
