Attention all Wildcats!! Starting Tuesday, Nov 12^th our Block Rotation will change, the new rotation will be B-A-D-C.

We will be collecting donations for the Poppy Fund this week. Our Remembrance Day Ceremonies will be held on Friday, November 8^th. We ask all students and staff to dress respectfully for our ceremonies.

On Remembrance Day we remember more than 2, 300,000 Canadians who have served throughout our Nations’ history and more than 118, 000 who made the ultimate sacrifice.

November 8^th is Indigenous Veterans’ Day, it is observed in recognition of indigenous peoples' contributions to the Canadian military, in particular during the war of 1812, the First and Second World Wars and the Korean War. First Nations, Metis, Inuit, and other Indigenous people were not conscripted in these wars because they weren’t considered Canadian citizens at the time. Despite that, it is estimated that more than 12,000 Indigenous men and women volunteered and served. We take this day to remember and honour the courage and strength of these service men and women.

If you had photo re-takes your Student ID Card is ready for pick up at the office. If you received an email about photo packages, they are ready for pick up in the office.

Today is Fruit and Veggie Day, please send a runner to the Staffroom to pick up your Apples - NOW. Please return the bin and any extra apples to the staffroom at the end of A block.

Congrats to our Junior Girls Volleyball Team for coming in first in The Richmond Cup playoff! Go Wildcats!

Basketball Tryout dates and times for Grade 9 boys, Junior Boys, Junior Girls and Senior Girls will be posted on the PE bulletin board outside of Mr. Lui’s room, 23153 in upper C wing. Info can also be found on the McMath Athletics Instagram. Come tryout Wildcats!

Concert Choir there is a rehearsal today, at lunch in the music room.  Bring your folders and your lunches and see you there! Please make sure to be on time as it is our last rehearsal before the Remembrance Day Ceremony.

McMath SPCA is running a Bubble Tea Fundraiser on Friday Nov 22 at lunch in the rotunda. We will be selling original, mango, strawberry milk tea and passion fruit. Pre-sales run until Nov 18^th, visit McMathSPCA Instagram page, and click the link in the bio to pre-orders.

Pizza, pizza, pizza is back! On Friday, November 8^th, get your hot delicious pizza for $3 a slice or $5 for tow. Our sale will be outside the office at lunch. Please remember to bring cash!

StuCo’s Annual Food Drive for the Richmond Food Bank starts Nov 12^th. Donations will be collected in 2^nd block. Every item donated will be counted for points, there will be bonus points given for certain items on certain days. You can also donate money, 1 point per dollar. The class with the most points wins a pizza party and more!

Nov 12th - Tuna Can Tuesday (all canned protein)

Nov 14th - Tomato Soup Thursday (all canned soup)

Nov 19th - Tortellini Tuesday (all pasta)

Nov 21st - Toothpaste Thursday (all hygiene products)
