McMath students who would like to apply to run a school-based club this year are invited to complete a club application form. The application form can be picked up in the school’s main office. All school-based clubs must reapply each year, whether they have run previously or not. School-based clubs may not start meeting until they have been approved. If you are interested in applying to run a school-based club, please read and return a completed application form to the school’s main office by Friday, September 19^th at 3pm. Applicants will be notified of the status of their applications once all applications are reviewed.
