Parents/Guardians with concerns are invited to make appointments to meet with teachers during Parent Teacher Conferences on November 23 from 2-4pm and November 24 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.  To book a Parent Teacher Conference, go to https://mcmath.schoolappointments.com/. Here you will be able to create an account and schedule conference appointments for you to meet with your child's teachers.  Accounts are re-set each year so all parents will need to register for a new account. See attachment for instructions on how to set up your account and book your appointments.

All appointments will be held in person at McMath.  The appointments will be 8 minutes in length with a 4 minute break in between. 

Please note, you will need the names of your child's teachers in order to book appointments.  The School Appointment booking system will open at 6pm Friday, November 18, 2022. Bookings close at 3pm the day before the scheduled appointment.

Please find the map and location of teachers for conferences attached. We will have an alternate bell schedule on Nov 23rd and 24th.
