Your child's Semester 1 Midterm Report Card has been PUBLISHED to the Parent Portal.  We encourage parents to sit down with their teen to read and discuss the progress report. To access the Parent Portal, please go to: https://www.myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do.  See attachment to access the step-by-step instructions for logging into the My Education BC site. Please do NOT use a mobile device/phone. Only use a desktop or laptop to access the Parent Portal. If you are having difficulties with logging in, please send us an e-mail to: mcmath@sd38.bc.ca.
 

To view the document, click the "Pages" top tab and in the bottom right you can find the PDF report card under "Published Reports". It is recommended that you save the document as the report card is only posted on the Parent Portal for a limited time (3-weeks).
 

Parents/Guardians with concerns are invited to make appointments to meet with teachers during Parent Teacher Conferences on November 23 from 2-4pm and November 24 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.  To book a Parent Teacher Conference, go to https://mcmath.schoolappointments.com/. Here you will be able to create an account and schedule conference appointments for you to meet with your child's teachers.  Accounts are re-set each year so all parents will need to register for a new account. See attachment for instructions on how to set up your account and book your appointments.

All appointments will be held in person at McMath.  The appointments will be 8 minutes in length with a 4 minute break in between.  Please note, you will need the names of your child's teachers in order to book appointments.  The School Appointment booking system will open at 6pm Friday, November 18, 2022.

Bookings close at 3pm the day before the scheduled appointment.
