Today, we are continuing with our stories about outstanding Black Canadians. Many of you may have heard the name Donovan Bailey. Mr. Bailey is a Jamaican born Canadian who dominated in the 1996 Olympic games and is known as one of the greatest sprinters of all time. He won a gold medal in the 100 metre event and 4 x 100 metre relay. He retired from competitive racing in 2001 and became successful in the business world.

Attention French Immersion 12 Students! Please be reminded that the LTF 12 Ministry Exam will be held on January 25^th & 26^th. Your exam schedules have been sent to your email and posted on the office window. Optional practice sessions will be held on January 19^th in PLT. Don't miss this opportunity to prepare for the exam.

Grads! This is a reminder that your Winter Formal is coming up on January 26^th. Please note that you must have completed your first two Capstone assignments before being eligible to attend. Anyone with an outstanding assignment by Monday, January 23^rd, will not be allowed to attend, and your ticket will be refunded to you. 

The McMath Animal Club is having pre-sales for Krispy Kreme donuts today. Come by the main stairs at lunch to pre-order! Donuts are $2 for one and $12 for a dozen. Donut pickup will be on Thursday, January 26^th.
