A HUGE congratulations to the McMath Senior Dance Team! It was their first time competing at Footloose and out of 17 teams from all over the Lower Mainland, they placed 1^st! This is the first time in 7 years that a Richmond team placed first in the Senior category. Well done, Wildcats! Wishing you all the best in your next competition at McRobert's Notorious this Friday. And a big thank you to Mr. Garner for overseeing the team!

The Badminton Team will be holding tryouts next week after school on Wednesday, March 8^th and Thursday, March 9^th. Please sign up in advance for the tryouts in front of Room B127. All grades are welcome to come tryout!

Congratulations to the Ethics Bowl team, who competed at this weekend's BC Ethics Bowl at Simon Fraser University. As the only school from Richmond, McMath's two teams did our school proud, finishing an amazing top-15 in the province. Way to go Ethics Bowlers!

Grade 9s, 10s, & 11s! Student Council will be holding a Spring Fling Dance and the theme will be the Secret Garden. The dance is on March 7^th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the South Gym. There will be a concession stand, photo booth, DJ, and more! Tickets are $5 and will be sold today at lunch by the office until March 3^rd.
