Message from Mr. Johnstone:

We are well into spring now, the bulbs and the Japanese blossoms are looking wonderful in Steveston. 

Spring also welcomes many religious celebrations for our students, parents, families, and community.  In the past couple of weeks, we had the Easter long weekend.  Passover recently ended for the Jewish community and those who are Sikh are celebrating Vaisakhi.   Finally, our Muslim families are ending their fasting on April 20 for Ramadan. 

On behalf of the McMath Staff, we hope your family celebrations have been a wonderful time to be with friends and family.  All the best everyone!

Just a reminder that we have the PAC Meeting this coming Tuesday at 7pm online (https://tinyurl.com/2jr3xjk2).  The Zoom link is also in the WAAG. 

We have had a few Grad families inquiring about the various grad events coming up … Boat Cruise, Dinner & Dance, and Valedictory.  We are confirming details and the various costs.  Unfortunately, many costs have soared and we are working to keep the costs as low as we can.  Families of Grads, if there are some concerns about the costs, please email the office or call Mr. Johnstone and we can use sustainability funds to help families.
