Today, April 14, marks Vaisakhi, one of the most important days in the Sikh calendar. Vaisakhi, is a spring festival that celebrates the year when Sikhism was born as a faith in 1699.  For everyone in our community, have a wonderful Vaisakhi!

Attention all students!  If you have some thoughts about the education system and want to share your ideas how to improve schools, Mr. Johnstone needs about 10-12 students to attend a District Student Voice on May 2^nd at the Executive Hotel.  Lunch is provided.  Please see Mr. Johnstone ASAP.

Semester 1 Woodworkers from Mr. Savory’s class, please pick up your projects by the end of school today!!  Otherwise, Ms. Crowe will be throwing them out afterschool.

Grade 12's - McMath Scholarship applications.  To all grade 12 students: The on-line application is working.  Start submitting your McMath scholarship applications now.  The final deadline for submissions is next Friday April 21^st by 4:00 PM.

Attention Grade 8 – 10 Rugby Players!  Reminder that there is a rugby practice on Monday, April 17^th at 3:15 p.m.

Strathcona field trip students: please meet on Tuesday, April 18^th at lunch in C212 to meet fellow students.  Bring your lunch and forms and sample one of Strathcona's famous granola bars, as well!  We'll look at the week's schedule and do some ice breaking activities.  It's going to be great! IT IS ALMOST HERE!! STARTING MONDAY, APRIL 17th, McMath's Spring Theatre Production, "Law & Order: Fairy Tale Unit" will be OPEN!!! Tickets continue to sell at lunch in the rotunda in front of the theatre for $5. Be sure to grab a ticket soon before they run out. The actors have been working hard and cannot wait to share this hilarious and fun comedy with you filled with a great twist. The show will run from Monday April 17^th to Friday April 21^st at 7pm. Can't wait to see you all there! 

Hey Wildcats! Student Council will be hosting a talent show from April 17th -19th at lunch in the north gym! Come out and support your fellow Wildcats! 

Attention Wildcats!  Have you lost your water bottle, shoes, lunch?  Make sure to check the lost and found outside of the office by the microwaves.  Unclaimed lunch containers with food inside will be thrown out at the end of the week.
