Students, Wednesday this week will be our last FRUIT & VEGGIE DAY this school year…organic apples!

This Wednesday, Social Justice 12 students will be honouring May 17th, a day for us to raise awareness around the world about the ongoing discrimination and violence faced by 2SLGBTQIA+ people and a day to celebrate diversity and advocate for the rights of LGBTQ+ people. To recognize this day, please wear rainbow colours on Wednesday and think about what you can do to support our McMath community.

Wildcats!  There will be an entire showcase and celebration of Fine Arts at McMath on Thursday, May 18^th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. You will see many students’ achievements across many different disciplines, including “Fashion Show”, “Contemporary & Jazz band performance”, “Display of Student work”, “Drama performance”, Bake & Craft Sale” and more!  Please join in the celebration and support the showcase night.

Junior Boys Rugby, we have our last practice tomorrow, Tuesday at 3:15 to 4:30 pm.  Please let your coaches know if you cannot make it.  We may have our last game on Wednesday, we will know later today.

Attention Grade 8 Girls!  There is an open gym for Grade 8 Volleyball after school tomorrow, Tuesday, May 16th.  All skill levels are welcome, we hope to see you there!

Attention to those who have volunteered for the Fine Arts Night. There will be a meeting at lunch today on the main stage, which is located beside the drama room and not directly in the drama room. If you can please attend the meeting at lunch and be prompt, it should not take a long time. Thank you.
