Spirit Week continues Wildcats! Today’s theme is Twin day!  Tomorrow is Orange Shirt Day! Hope to see you all dressed up!  Don’t forget to go down to the photo room, C118, to get your picture taken for Spirit Day!

How can Canada reconcile with the damage done to Indigenous communities? In honour of Canada's National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Social Justice 12 students have written out the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's 94 calls to action.  What are these?  Come by upper C wing this week to see these calls to action which are posted in the hallway. A QR code will let you know which ones have been completed and which are still things we need to work on.

Any boys in grade 9, 10, 11 and 12 wishing to play basketball this year, there is a short but important meeting at lunch on Friday in the North Gym.  

Congratulations to the McMath cross country team who raced in their first league meet yesterday. McMath won the Jr boys, Jr girls, and Sr boys’ race, and Noa S. placed second in the Sr girls. An amazing first race for everyone. Go Wildcats! There is a practice today at 3:30 from Imperial Landing!  Sunday practice at 9am from Terra Nova Nature Park.

Do you have a pet?  If yes, do you want a chance to be featured with your pet in the yearbook?  If so sign up using the posters located on the upper and lower entrances of each wing, or on the window of the office.  All shapes, sizes and species of pets are welcome! 

If you love to sing and are interested in bringing Choir back to McMath please come to a meeting in Mme. L'Abbé's room, C202 today at lunch.  McMath is the ONLY school in Richmond without a choir, so come be part of changing that. All grades welcome and no experience necessary!

Wildcats, have you signed up your team for our first lunchtime Volleyball intramural tournament?  We already have teams from Grade 8 to 12 and staff!  Don’t miss out, pick up a registration form in the Rotunda at lunch today.
