McMath students in Grades 10-12 who would like to write one or more of the AP exams that are offered in Richmond must submit a completed order form (attached), as well as payment for the exam(s) by November 3rd at 3pm. 

AP Exams are $150 each. Payment can be made through schoolcashonline or by cheque made out to R.A. McMath Secondary School. If paying by cheque, please include the student's full name, student number and AP exams being ordered on the cheque memo line. Please note that if you order an exam and change your mind after the exam order is submitted, the College Board charges a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $55 per exam.

There is a deadline for schools to submit exam orders to the College Board so that exams are received on time. Please note that no late submissions for AP exams will be considered. Please follow the instructions on the attached order form and complete all areas of the form before submitting it. 

Students will ALSO need to join the appropriate class section on the college board website to order an exam. The attached sign up information shows how to complete this. If you have not already done this, please do so before November 3rd, 2023. The join codes for each class section are on the attached order form. McMath students who would like to register for an AP exam, but who are not registered in an AP course at McMath must register in the "Exam Only" section of the exam. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Banta in the main office.

**Please Note: Students from other schools in Richmond must register for AP exams with their home school.
