Wildcats! The start of semester two is right around the corner – Jan 30th!

This week, please check your semester two schedule on MyEd BC. https://myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do

Student schedules for semester two should largely be set by now.

Students may submit ONE online course correction form if there is an error in your schedule. The online course correction form will be available for submissions from January 22^nd at 7:45am until January 23^rd at 7:00pm only. 

Please note that course corrections will only be considered if there is space available in the requested course(s), and if the request(s) meet one or more of the following criteria:

1. Student has an incomplete schedule
2. Student is missing a course needed for graduation or for a post-secondary program (Gr. 11 and 12 students only)
3. Student’s scheduled course reflects the incorrect level or grade

There is very limited space for changes in the timetable, as it was constructed based on student requests when program planning was done previously. Priority for corrections will be given to grade 12 students. 

Students must follow their original schedule until they receive confirmation that a requested correction was possible.
