Parent/Guardians and Students,

As we approach our Semester 1 Learning Update (midterm) publishing date of Friday, November 15th at 4pm, we would like all parents and students to ensure they have access to their MyEd accounts. If you have forgotten your password, you may login and click 'forgot my password' and a new temporary password will be sent to your email. DO NOT use a phone to access MyEd OR the BC Services Card button, this will disable your account. Desktop or Laptops only.

If your account has expired (does so every 3 months) you will have to update your password.   The system will tell you that your password has expired, please follow the prompt to set up a new password, this will alleviate the issue. Please note that the password must contain at least one capital letter, one lower case, one number and one symbol and must be at least 8 characters in length.

New students (including Grade 8s) should have received an email in late September from ‘sysadmin@myducation.gov.bc.ca’ with a MyEd Account login and temporary password. Please check your email or junk mail for this email if you haven’t logged in before.

The Sem 1 Learning update will be posted on Nov 15th after 4pm, as a pdf on the main page of the MyEducation Parent Portal for a limited time (a few weeks), so please download it for your records. https://myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do
