PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCE BOOKING

Parents/Guardians with concerns are invited to make appointments to meet with their teen’s teachers during Parent Teacher Conferences on April 23rd from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and April 24th from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 6:00 – 8:00 pm.

Here, you will be able to create an account and schedule conference appointments for you to meet with your teen's teachers. Accounts are reset each school year so all parents/guardians will need to create a new account if you did not do so in November 2024. For instructions on how to set up your account and book your appointments, please see attached.

The School Appointment booking system will OPEN at 6:00 pm Thursday, April 17, 2025. Booking will END at 4:00 pm Tuesday, April 22, 2025!

All appointments will be held in person at McMath. The appointments will be 8 minutes in length with a 4-minute break in between. Please note, you will need the names of your teen's teachers to book appointments. Time slots available per teacher are limited. If you are unable to book a time slot, we encourage you to reach out to the teacher directly. Teacher e-mail addresses may be found on our school website.https://mcmath.sd38.bc.ca/our-staff
