Learning Update

Your teen's Semester 1 Learning Update (Midterm) has been PUBLISHED to the My Education Parent Portal.  We encourage parents to sit down with their teen to read and discuss the progress report. To access the Parent Portal, please go to: https://www.myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do.  See the McMath website under Parent top tab to access the step-by-step instructions for logging into the My Education BC site. Please DO NOT use a mobile device/phone, only use a desktop or laptop to access the Parent Portal. DO NOT login with the BC Services Card. If you are having difficulties with logging in, please send an e-mail to: mcmath@sd38.bc.ca.
 

To view the document, click the "Pages" top tab and on the bottom right under "Published Reports", you will find the PDF Learning Update. It is recommended that you save the document as the Learning Update is only posted on the Parent Portal for a limited time.
 

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parents/Guardians with concerns are invited to make appointments to meet with their teen’s teachers during Parent Teacher Conferences on November 19^th from 2-4 pm and November 20^th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. MS Bookings will OPEN at 6 pm Friday, November 14, 2025. Booking will CLOSE at 4pm November 18^th, 2025. Please see the booking instructions attached below.

All appointments will be held in person at McMath. The appointments will be 8 minutes in length with a 4-minute break in between. Please note, you will need the names of your teen's teachers to book appointments. 

Time slots available per teacher are limited. If you are unable to book a time slot, we encourage you to reach out to the teacher directly. Teacher e-mail addresses may be found on our school website. https://mcmath.sd38.bc.ca/our-staff. To book an appointment with a counsellor or administrator, kindly email them directly.

We will have an alternate bell schedule on November 19^th and 20^th, with an early dismissal of 12:55 pm.
