At the January Staff Meeting, teaching staff had images of the evidence above to initiate conversations among staff to “listen” our students’ voices regarding student experiences at McMath.  After the staff processed the information, teachers discussed what is working well for our students at McMath and how to make changes to create better experiences in school and the classrooms.   As a staff, we endeavor to support our students in their learning the best we can.

At the January PAC Meeting, the student voice forum information was shared to the parents in the meeting.  The parents were quite pleased to hear of the positive experiences and how students explain how Wildcats behave.
