Thank you to all our School Clubs for their hard work in preparing for another successful McMath Clubs Day. Thank you to student council for your leadership and coordination in making it happen. A team of judges carefully evaluated each of the clubs displays for the best display. The judges had a very difficult job, but were able to choose a winner. The prize for the best Club display at this year’s Clubs Day event is the Open Mic Club! For your hard work, you have won a pizza lunch! Congratulations to the members of the Open Mic Club!”

Hey Interactors! Guess What? We’re holding our FIRST GENERAL MEETING of the year on Thursday, October 24^th at 7:30am in the Rotunda. We will be going over what Interact stands for, project applications and we will even have some special guest speakers! There will be sweet treats, so come out to kick off another great year of Interact!

If you are in Grades 11 or 12 and are wanting to Challenge a Language or are curious about challenging a second language, please see your Counsellor. before October 23rd.

Any Grades 11 & 12 Boys wanting to play basketball this year, Basketball Tryouts will be on Tuesday, October 22nd and Wednesday, October 23rd.  Both at 7:00 am in the gym.

Attention Grade 11 and 12s: Do you want to travel and see another amazing country?  Do you want to work hard and help those that aren’t as privileged as yourself?  The McMath 2025 Costa Rica Humanitarian Trip is looking for a few more amazing students to join us.  For more information, please check out the McMath Instagram page, find one of the posters around the school or stop, or talk to Ms. Arvanitis in the counselling office.

Student Council’s Grade 8 Halloween Dance is on Tuesday, Oct 29th from 6-8pm, and includes a SNACK and drink box. Tickets are selling for $7 until Wednesday, Oct 23rd at lunch in the rotunda. Make sure to bring a friend and get your tickets before they’re gone! Can’t wait to see you there.

McMath Choir Rehearsal has been cancelled for today as Mme. L’Abbé has a meeting.  Please check our MS Teams page as there will be some listening and rehearsal tracks posted in advance of our practice on Thursday.  Please preview these so that rehearsal on Thursday is efficient and we can spend less time learning notes.   See you Thursday!
