Grade 12 students Parents/Guardians 

We are looking forward to our Winter Formal, which will take place from 6:30pm – 10pm on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025 at the Grande Riverside Banquet Hall.  (1231 Burdette St #135, Richmond, BC V6V 2Z2) 

Below are a few important reminders: 

• Check in is from 6:00 - 6:30pm.  Doors close at 6:45pm 
• A reminder that this is a school event and thus all school rules will apply (this includes but is not limited to rules around alcohol, cigarettes and vaping).  Riverside Banquet Hall will have security on site.  They will greet each guest at the door, search any bags, and do a general search for contraband.  If anyone is found in possession or found under the influence of drugs or alcohol, he or she will be refused entry, parents will be called and there will be consequences from the school.  
• There will be no in and out privileges.  Once a student leaves, they have left for the night.

• If there has been professional transportation organized for pick up, it is a good idea to confirm that the confirmation is made regarding the date, time and address for pick up.  A reminder to parents that pick-up is at 10pm.
