For the past four years, McMath has done a great job with PRIDE and making sure all of our students know it. At this point, we believe that most of our staff and student has an excellent understanding of PRIDE behaviour. We are now back to the scanning phase, and we want to see what are some of the things that we can do to make McMath a better place for all learners. During this process, we will talk to random students and ask them four key questions:

1. Can you name two adults that believe you will be successful? How do you know?
2. What does success mean to you?
3. With regards to your learning, what are some of your successes? What are some of your challenges?
4. Describe how you are using the Core Competencies inside and outside of class.
